At ROSEROSA, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Return Period (Return Window)

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


2. Return Address (By Region)

To ensure your return is processed accurately, please ship your authorized return to the appropriate logistics center based on your location:

3. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Items must be in the original, unopened packaging.
  • Items that have been cut, installed, or altered from their original state are not eligible for return or refund.


4. Return Shipping Fees

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label or cover the costs.
  • Customer Responsibility (Change of Mind): For all other returns, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
  • Refusal to Pay Customs Duties: If a package is returned due to refusal of import duties (DAP terms), the original shipping cost and the return shipping fee will be deducted from the final refund.


5. Refund Process & Method

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Timeline: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
